At 4th Man, our purpose is clear: to stand unwaveringly behind the Brotherhood. We are dedicated to the men and women in uniform who selflessly uphold their oath to save lives. This calling is not for the faint of heart and often comes with a significant sacrifice.
Our commitment is to inspire, empower, and support these heroes by providing essential resouorces, training, and financial assistance to those who have devoted their live to service. Together, we honor their dedication and ensure they never stand alone.
THE FOUNDER.
My name is Dave Nowacki and I am the founder of 4th Man. I have dedicated over 20 years to the Detroit Fire Department. From the moment i joined, I knew that this was more than a job for me; it was a calling. As a firefighter assigned to the some of the busiest fire companies in the city, I have witnessed countless acts of bravery and selflessness. I have seen my colleagues rush into danger while others are running away, and it fills me with pride to be part of such a noble profession. Supporting my fellow firefighters is not just a duty; it is a fundamental part of who I am. Through 4th Man, I am dedicated to supporting the Brotherhood in any way I can.
